The Sennheiser PC 350 Gaming Headset is a great gaming headset, is very light, and comfortable. I noticed many headsets to be uncomfortable to wear for extended periods of time, but this one is just great, the ear cups completely cover your ear, for great sound and comfort. The headset is also very durable, it will last many years. The sound quality is very good, the microphone output is high quality, great for ventrilo. The headset cancels sound from outside, you only hear the game, or music you are playing. This headset is great for games such as Counter-strike source, since you can hear people walking from afar, and hear every bullet, so you know exactly where the enemy is. I notice a lot of people call me “wall hacker” because of this headset, because I can usually tell where the enemy is located easily, unlike some cheap $20 headsets that just do basic sounds. The headphones can sound much better than a 5.1 system.

The headset is an essential part of a gaming setup, you can have the best computer in the world for gaming, but if your headset is cheap, you’re good computer will not do any good, someone with a slow PC, and this headset in a game such as counter-strike, can pretty much defeat you pretty easily, since they will know where you are on the map, and that is key in gaming.  Also a high qualilty Microphone is important because you don’t want to annoy people with a static mic, and background noises, people get pretty annoyed with that.
